Ooh, nice to see new photos! (If it's okay, I use them as my desktop background on my computer.)
I always love the frost pictures, because you do such a great job capturing the crystalline structures, and I also really like the one of the rock (?) that says "Jim" on it--the hole above the name looks like an eye. Really nice!
The Jim photo was taken in Duddingston Kirk graveyard (which is very rarely open, so we took the opportunity to have a good look round). It's a small grave, maybe a foot tall, in the shape of a celtic cross, and all it says on it is "Wee Jim". It's sort of sad, in a way. But obviously he was loved enough to be buried at the Kirk, which is a bit of an achievement, since the Kirk's graveyard is absolutely tiny.
I'm so glad that you've finally posted some more pics. I've told my Mum about this blog because she just loves photos that are taken solely to capture the colour and texture of small things. I don't know if she's had a chance to look though. I shall remind her!
I can't wait to come visit and see these places for myself!
Small Things is a photo blog which serves two purposes.
Firstly, it allows me to indulge my slightly obsessive passion for photographing Small Things.
Secondly, it lets the Small Things have a place to live on the internet. Since most of these items are ones that are ignored when people are out and about, it only seems merciful to acknowledge them.

(Oh, and verification word this time--"tweatest")
Of course it's ok! I'm flattered. :)
